During the winter period for succulent plants the best location is in a cold greenhouse or in an unheated room, where most of them can survive without watering. If, as often happens, we do not have a room with these conditions, we place them in a very bright area, without forgetting to reduce watering and to avoid fertilizing, which we refer to in the spring; some crassulae and Christmas cacti, which bloom in this period, are an exception, however they do not need abundant watering.
